The company is driven by the vision of transforming emergency medical care across the country, offering meaningful roles to professionals who want to make a direct impact on patient outcomes.Role Description The Emergency Medical Service Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune,Thane,Palghar, Raigad,Kolhapur, Mumbai Suburban,Marathwada zone,Nandurbar,Dhule.The Officer is responsible for providing high-quality pre-hospital emergency medical care, assessing patient conditions, stabilizing patients, and coordinating timely transport to appropriate medical facilities. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals, following established clinical protocols, maintaining medical equipment and supplies, and ensuring accurate documentation of all interventions and patient information. The role also involves participating in ongoing training, drills, and quality improvement initiatives, as well as educating patients and families on immediate care needs and safety practices in emergency situations.Qualifications BAMS/BUMSCandidates should possess strong foundational skills in Medicine, including knowledge of emergency care protocols and clinical decision-making.Candidates should demonstrate excellent Patient Care skills, with the ability to assess, stabilize, and support patients in high-stress situations.Candidates should have readiness in Training, both in receiving advanced emergency medical instruction and in supporting team education and drills.Strong communication skills, ability to remain calm under pressure, and commitment to patient safety and ethical practice.Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required in emergency response operations.Familiarity with local languages (such as Marathi and Hindi) is an advantage for effective patient interaction .
