The role involves providing timely pre-hospital emergency medical care, stabilizing patients, and ensuring safe transfer to appropriate healthcare facilities. Daily responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, administering life-saving interventions, monitoring vital signs, and documenting clinical information accurately. The officer coordinates closely with physicians and hospital teams, follows established clinical protocols, and supports implementation of European emergency response standards. Additional duties may include participation in training exercises, quality assurance activities, and community outreach programs to enhance emergency preparedness.Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine, including emergency and acute care principles.Demonstrated skills in Patient Care, with a focus on safety, compassion, and clinical accuracy.Experience in Surgery or assisting with surgical and trauma procedures in emergency settings.Ability to work effectively with Physicians and multidisciplinary clinical teams.Experience in Training, including mentoring colleagues and participating in drills or simulations.Relevant medical qualification (e.g., MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, BEMS, paramedical or emergency medical technician certification) and valid registration where applicable.Knowledge of emergency medical protocols, triage systems, and use of emergency equipment and ambulances.Strong communication skills, ability to remain calm under pressure, and readiness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.Prior experience in emergency medical services, trauma care, or critical care is an advantage.
