The EMT will provide frontline emergency medical care, including assessing patient conditions, administering basic life support, and assisting with advanced procedures under appropriate supervision. Daily responsibilities include responding to emergency calls, stabilizing patients, safely transporting individuals to medical facilities, and documenting all care in accordance with local regulations and company protocols. The role also involves maintaining equipment and supplies, coordinating with other emergency services, and participating in ongoing training to ensure high standards of patient care and safety.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Emergency Services and Emergency Medical Services (EMS) skills, including responding to urgent calls and coordinating with other emergency care providers.Candidates should possess practical Paramedic and Medicine-related skills to support assessment, stabilization, and safe transfer of patients in varied clinical situations.Candidates should possess excellent communication, teamwork, and decision-making abilities, especially under pressure in fast-paced environments.Candidates should possess knowledge of relevant local healthcare regulations, basic life support (BLS), and preferably advanced life support (ALS) certifications.Candidates should possess physical stamina and the ability to lift and move patients and equipment safely.Completion of an accredited EMT or Paramedic training program; previous experience in emergency or acute care settings is an advantage.
