Emergency Medical Technician - Saudi

Position SummaryThe Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) is responsible for providing first aid and emergency medical care at the project site, responding to medical emergencies, supporting occupational health and safety requirements, and ensuring the readiness of emergency medical equipment and facilities.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first aid and emergency medical care for workplace injuries and illnesses.Respond to medical emergencies and arrange transportation of injured employees when required.Conduct routine health inspections and monitor employees' fitness for work.Ensure the readiness of the ambulance, medical equipment, and emergency supplies.Maintain medical inventory and inspect first aid kits across project locations.Maintain medical records, incident reports, and health documentation.Support occupational health and safety programs and health awareness initiatives.Coordinate with HSE and project management teams on health-related matters.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Emergency Medical Care, or a related healthcare field.Valid registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).Valid BLS Certification.Valid ACLS Certification.3–5 years of experience as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Paramedic.Previous experience in construction projects, industrial sites, camps, or occupational health environments is preferred.
