The successful candidate will deliver pre-hospital emergency care, assess and stabilize patients, provide life-saving interventions, and ensure safe transportation to appropriate healthcare facilities while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to emergency and non-emergency ambulance callsAssess patients' conditions and provide immediate pre-hospital medical carePerform Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) assistance as per DCAS protocols and scope of practiceAdminister oxygen therapy, CPR, AED, airway management, bleeding control, spinal immobilization, splinting, and other emergency interventionsSafely transport patients while continuously monitoring their conditionCommunicate effectively with emergency physicians, hospitals, dispatch centers, and multidisciplinary teamsMaintain accurate patient care reports and clinical documentationInspect, maintain, and prepare ambulances, medical equipment, and emergency suppliesFollow infection prevention, patient safety, and occupational health guidelinesParticipate in disaster response, mass casualty incidents, and community emergency preparedness activities when requiredEnsure compliance with DCAS regulations, UAE healthcare standards, and organizational policiesParticipate in shift work, weekends, public holidays, and on-call duties as requiredRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Emergency Medical Services, Paramedicine, or a related healthcare fieldValid DCAS License or DCAS Eligibility is mandatoryMinimum 2 years of experience as an Emergency Medical Technician, Ambulance Technician, or in a pre-hospital emergency care settingCurrent certification in BLS is mandatoryACLS, PHTLS, ITLS, or PALS certifications are preferredStrong knowledge of emergency assessment, trauma management, and life support protocolsExcellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in high-pressure and emergency situationsPhysically fit and capable of lifting and transporting patients safelyValid UAE driving license (preferred, depending on employer requirements)Preferred ExpertisePre-Hospital Emergency CareTrauma ManagementBasic Life Support (BLS)CPR & AEDAirway ManagementPatient Assessment & StabilizationAmbulance OperationsEmergency Medical DocumentationMass Casualty Incident ResponseDisaster Preparedness
