We are seeking an experienced Specialist Emergency Medicine Physician to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will provide prompt, effective medical care to patients presenting with acute illnesses, traumatic injuries, and life-threatening emergencies.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with acute medical and surgical emergenciesPerform emergency stabilization, resuscitation, and life-saving interventionsManage trauma cases, cardiac emergencies, respiratory distress, and other critical conditionsPrioritize patients based on clinical urgency and ensure timely treatmentCoordinate with specialists, nursing teams, and other healthcare professionalsArrange appropriate investigations, treatment, admissions, or referralsMaintain accurate medical records and follow established emergency care protocolsContribute to patient safety initiatives and emergency department quality improvementRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical degreeRelevant postgraduate qualification in Emergency Medicine, such as MD, DNB, or an equivalent specialty qualificationMinimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferredExperience in emergency resuscitation, trauma management, and acute patient careStrong clinical decision-making, communication, and teamwork skillsBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
