Hiring for Emergency Doctors at a renowned Bahrain Hospital. RequirementsQualificationsMD in Emergency Medicine. Experience:Minimum of 3 years of post-MD experience in an acute tertiary accredited hospital.PreferencesCandidates should preferably have prior or current GCC experience Credentials:Must have a valid, good-standing medical license Compensation PackagesThe recruitment covers two specific roles, with total salary figures varying based on whether the candidate is bringing their family to Bahrain: Chief Resident With family in Bahrain: Total BD 1992 (includes basic salary of BD 1252 + allowances).Without family in Bahrain:** Total BD 1852. Senior Resident with family in BahrainTotal BD 1779 (includes basic salary of BD 1115 + allowances). Without family in Bahrain:Total BD 1654.Employment Terms and Benefits Contract: 2-year initial contract with a 3-month probation period from the start date. Leave: 40 calendar days of annual leave and 14 days of sick leave.Medical Coverage: Provided for the employee, spouse, and up to two children under 17 years old. Coverage does not extend to pre-existing conditions or health issues Travel:Expenses are provided for the employee and their family (wife and two dependent children) to and from Bahrain at the start and end of the contract. Employees become eligible for travel tickets after 9 months of service. Education Benefits: The organization provides reimbursement for dependent children (up to two) attending non-free scholastic institutions.
