Müller's Solutions is on the lookout for an Emerging Technologies Support Specialist who will play a vital role in providing technical support and guidance for our innovative technology solutions. In this position, you will interact with clients and internal teams to resolve issues related to emerging technologies and ensure that our solutions are effectively implemented and utilized.As an Emerging Technologies Support Specialist, you will leverage your technical knowledge to assist clients in understanding and optimizing technology applications, and provide support for cutting-edge tools and platforms.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support to clients using emerging technologies, including AI, IoT, and blockchain solutionsAssist in troubleshooting issues and resolving technical problems efficientlyCollaborate with internal teams to identify and document common issues and resolutionsConduct training sessions and webinars for clients to enhance their understanding of emerging technologiesStay updated on the latest advancements in emerging technologies to provide informed supportAssist in the development of user guides, FAQs, and documentation for technology solutionsUI/UX testingRequirementsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field2-4 years of experience in technical support or a similar role, preferably in emerging technologiesFamiliarity with technologies such as artificial intelligence, IoT, and blockchainStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issuesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and stakeholdersAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with technology support tools and platformsBasic knowledge of programming or scripting languagesCertifications in any relevant emerging technologiesBenefitsWhy Join Us:Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team.Competitive salary and benefits package.Exciting projects and innovative work environment.
