• Complex trauma, PTSD and cPTSD, ADHD, autism and OCD, with children (from age 6), adolescents and adults
• EMDR, Schema Therapy, Imagery Rescripting, Parts and Chairwork, whether you’re building a foundation or deepening an established practiceWhat you get
• A salaried role from $120,000 ++ per annum (pro rata), based on experience: a guaranteed base plus a share of the revenue you generate. We’ll walk you through exactly how it works
• All of your referrals and full admin support, with paperless, AI-assisted systems, so your time goes to doing the work you love
• Individual, peer and group supervision built into the week, plus in-house PD with guest speakers on topics like Emotion Focused Therapy, medication, alexithymia and neurodivergence, and a PD allowance
• Part-time or full-time, with some hybrid flexibility
• Emerging: a caseload that grows with your confidence and a senior team that loves to mentor
• Established: clinical autonomy and Team Lead opportunities, each with its own portfolio area
