Emirati Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst (UAE National) to join our Data & AI Platform Delivery team. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for enterprise data, analytics, and AI initiatives.Qualifications5+ years of Business Analysis experience.Experience in digital transformation or enterprise IT projects.Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.Experience preparing BRDs, FSDs, process maps, and user stories.Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Experience conducting stakeholder workshops.Strong communication and presentation skills.Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
