Apply & track with Apply EdgeDue to Emiratisation, we can only consider UAE Nationals who hold the Family Book for this role.We are working with a prestigious semi-government organisation in Abu Dhabi to appoint a Finance Manager to join its growing finance team.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious UAE National with strong FP&A, financial planning, budgeting and business partnering experience to take on a highly visible role supporting senior stakeholders and strategic decision-making.Candidates with slightly less experience may also be considered at Associate Manager – Finance level.You will play a key role in driving financial performance, planning and analysis across the organisation. Responsibilities will include:Leading the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and long-range financial plansDeveloping and maintaining financial models to support scenario planning and business casesProducing monthly management reports, variance analysis and performance commentaryIdentifying financial trends, risks and opportunities and providing actionable recommendationsSupporting strategic initiatives through financial analysis and insightMonitoring cash flow forecasts in collaboration with TreasurySupporting external reporting requirements through the provision of FP&A insightsDriving process improvements and automation across FP&A activitiesSupporting external audit processes where requiredPartnering closely with department heads to drive financial accountability and optimise budget utilisationWe are looking for a UAE National with:A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related disciplineIdeally, a recognised professional accounting qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA or CMA, or an MBAApproximately 7+ years’ experience in FP&A or a related finance role within a dynamic organisationStrong experience in financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting and variance analysisThe ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for senior managementStrong ERP experience, ideally Oracle, alongside advanced Excel skillsExperience with BI and reporting tools would be advantageousThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded organisation and build a long-term career within a dynamic and strategic finance environment.
