This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact national initiatives within a dynamic and mission-driven organisation at the heart of the UAE’s knowledge and innovation ecosystem.About the RoleAs a Senior Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving strategic projects and providing actionable insights to senior leadership. Your responsibilities will include drafting high-quality policy briefs and coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives. This position offers the chance to work at the intersection of public policy, reform, and organisational strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate core strategic projects, schedules and deliverables.Develop and maintain institutional knowledge databases and research tools.Conduct in-depth research and analysis, focusing on national and international development trends.Support the end-to-end management of key program portfolios.Engage with external consultants, experts, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and impactful delivery.Contribute to internal practice-building initiatives, such as knowledge sharing and team planning events.Report on project performance, risks, and budgetary considerations to senior management.Produce high-quality documentation and presentations for senior management.QualificationsA Bachelor’s degree from a leading university, with a high GPA (preferably in Public Policy, Business, Economics, or a related field); a Master's degree is a plus.ExperienceA minimum of 2 years in a strategic advisory role, management consulting, public sector, multilateral, or similar.Experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.SkillsExcellent research, analytical, and presentation-building skills.Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Highly organised, with strong time management and attention to detail.Strong intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly master new concepts.Core CompetenciesStrategic advisory mindsetClear, structured communicationTeam-oriented, collaborative approachDetail-oriented with strong follow-throughProactive in managing and driving work forwardThis position offers an excellent opportunity for an Emirati professional aiming to make a meaningful impact in a strategic role within a national framework, collaborating with a strong international team.
