Apply & track with Apply EdgeSince 2012, Khazna has become the leading wholesale data center provider in the Middle East and North Africa, delivering reliable and scalable infrastructure to support the region’s growing digital ecosystem.As part of our Emiratization initiatives, we are looking for a Document Control Manager to lead the development and implementation of information management and document control standards for the planning and development of a large-scale, state-of-the-art data center campus, with accountability to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Develop and implement the information and document control strategy aligned with company objectives and international standards.Establish governance frameworks, policies, and performance standards across all projects.Develop and implement document control systems, processes, procedures, and controls.Standardize document workflows and information management practices across the programme.Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of documents throughout their lifecycle.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.Manage the document intake and quality control processes across the programme.Oversee the document change control process, including review and approval of change requests.Prepare periodic management and progress reports for senior management.Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with established policies, processes, and procedures.Facilitate third-party audits, certifications, and inspections as required.Liaise with programme and project teams to ensure effective implementation of document control standards.Provide guidance and support to consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors on document management requirements.Lead training and awareness initiatives to ensure consistent adoption of document control practices.Collaborate with engineering, commercial, procurement, finance, legal, HSE, QA/QC, risk, authorities, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective information and document management.QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.Professional certification such as PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 Foundation is preferred.8–10 years of experience in project coordination or PMO support within large-scale construction, infrastructure, or data center environments.Experience working with internationally recognized delivery frameworks and structured PMO environments.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and SharePoint.Working knowledge of Primavera, Smartsheet, Aconex, Procore, and other planning/document management platforms.Strong understanding of project lifecycles, permitting, inspections, commissioning, and document management processes.Strong stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, organization, multitasking, critical thinking, problem-solving, and cultural awareness skills.
