Emiratization Officer

Job Position: Emiratization Manager (UAE National)Key ResponsibilitiesDrive and execute the Emiratization strategy across the organizationIdentify, attract, and recruit Emirati talent through universities, government entities, and recruitment platformsCoordinate and participate in Emirati-focused job fairs and recruitment drivesDesign and implement training and development programs for Emirati employeesMonitor and improve retention, engagement, and satisfaction of Emirati staffEnsure full compliance with U A E labour laws and Emiratization regulationsMonitor and report progress against Emiratization targets to HR and regulatory bodies (CBUAE and others)Manage the CBUAE portal and ensure accurate and up-to-date recordsManage GPSSA scheme, Nafis platform, and other digital initiativesProvide mentorship and promote an inclusive and supportive work environment for Emirati employeesRequirementsStrong knowledge of U A E labour laws, Emiratization regulations, and government initiativesExcellent communication skills in English and ArabicStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and reporting skillsProficiency in MS Office and HR systemsBA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or Emiratization-focused roles
