The role will provide market, financial, operational, and performance analysis to support strategic initiatives, business cases, and informed decision-making.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Conduct business, market, and competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives.Analyse industry trends, benchmarks, and market dynamics to identify risks and opportunities.Develop data-driven strategic options, scenarios, and recommendations.Gather, analyse, and consolidate financial, operational, commercial, and market data.Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership.Develop dashboards, reports, summaries, and management insights for strategic discussions.Support business case development, including financial modelling, cost-benefit analysis, ROI, and value assessments.Analyse performance drivers, sensitivities, and assumptions to support investment and prioritisation decisions.Track strategic and commercial initiatives, including progress, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.Collaborate with Strategy, Finance, Operations, Commercial, IT, and Business Units to validate data and assumptions.Prepare executive presentations, briefing notes, and materials for CCSO, ExCo, and Board-level discussions.Support leadership workshops, strategy sessions, and off-sites through structured analysis and relevant insights.QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.5–9 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, consulting, commercial, or financial analysis.Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills.Experience supporting senior leadership or strategic functions is preferred.Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.Strong business acumen, structured thinking, attention to detail, and ability to translate data into clear insights.Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
