قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJob PurposeResponsible for receiving, following up on, and completing employees’ administrative requests and related procedures. The role also involves coordinating with different departments regarding employee matters, maintaining and updating employee records and leave balances, and ensuring that personnel files are properly maintained and up to date.Key Responsibilities• Maintain and update employee records and personal information.•Maintain and update employees’ leave balances.•Follow up on employees’ probation periods.•Prepare and issue employee letters, including employment verification letters, administrative decisions, and end-of-service certificates.•Implement administrative penalties and issue warning letters in accordance with company policies and procedures.•Maintain and update employees’ personnel files.•Receive, process, and follow up on employees’ administrative requests.•Monitor and follow up on employee absences and attendance delays.•Maintain employee request forms and related records.•Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to employee affairs.•Coordinate with all departments regarding employee-related matters.•Conduct interviews with newly hired employees and resigning employees to identify and analyze reasons for resignation.•Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.•Comply with all applicable safety and environmental requirements while performing assigned duties.Internal Communication•Employee Affairs Section Head.•Department Managers.•All employees.External Communication•Training institutes and centers.•Hospitals.•Embassies.Qualifications & Requirements•Diploma or equivalent.•Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Employee Affairs / Personnel Affairs.•Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP.•Good command of English, both written and spoken.•Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.•Good organizational and time management skills.•Ability to work effectively as part of a team.•Ability to handle employee information with confidentiality and professionalism.Experience: Minimum 2 yearsJob Type: Full-time
