Team members join a mission-focused environment that supports professional growth while sustaining a legacy of excellence.Role Description The EAP Clinician – Mental Health II is a full-time hybrid role based in Philadelphia, PA, with a combination of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. This clinician provides employee assistance program (EAP) services, including confidential assessments, short-term counseling, crisis intervention, and appropriate referrals for individuals, couples, and families. Day-to-day duties include conducting mental health evaluations, developing brief treatment plans, maintaining clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards, and coordinating care with internal and external providers when needed. The role also involves delivering psychoeducational workshops, consultation services to leaders and HR partners, and support for workplace conflict, stress management, and organizational change. The clinician collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, participates in case reviews and program initiatives, and promotes mental health awareness and well-being across the organization.Qualifications Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field; current independent clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist) in the state of Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain.Demonstrated experience in mental health assessment, brief psychotherapy, and crisis intervention within an EAP, behavioral health, or similar clinical setting.Strong skills in clinical documentation, treatment planning, and use of electronic health record systems, with attention to confidentiality and regulatory compliance.Ability to provide consultation to managers and HR partners, including support for workplace concerns, performance issues, critical incident response, and organizational wellness initiatives.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and work effectively with individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds.Commitment to culturally responsive care and an inclusive environment that respects diversity in identities, perspectives, and experiences.Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage a varied caseload, prioritize competing demands, and work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Comfort with a hybrid work
