Employee Banking Adviser

We are looking for an Employee Banking Adviser with 1–2+ years of experience in Employee Banking, Retail Banking, or a similar sales/acquisition role.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive acquisition of CASA, Credit Cards, and Personal Loans.Build relationships with employers, HR teams, and key decision-makers.Acquire and manage high-value, higher-income customers.Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline.Provide suitable banking solutions based on customer needs.Requirements1–2+ years of relevant UAE banking experience.Proven track record in liability acquisition and sales target achievement.Strong knowledge of CASA, Cards, Personal Loans, and Employee Banking.Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.Commercially driven and results-focused.KPIs20 CASA salary accounts – AED 10K+20 Credit CardsAED 500K Personal Loan volume
