Employee Banking – Outdoor Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Employee Banking – Outdoor Sales Executive to acquire new customers through company visits, employer relationships, and direct sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire CASA salary accounts, credit cards, and personal loans.Conduct outdoor visits to companies and meet employees to promote banking products.Build relationships with HR teams, employers, and key decision-makers.Achieve monthly sales and acquisition targets.Manage leads, follow-ups, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.Provide suitable banking solutions based on customer needs.

Requirements

1–2+ years of UAE banking sales/outdoor sales experience.Experience in CASA, credit cards, personal loans, or employee banking.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a field-sales environment.
