Operating from a state of the art manufacturing facility , We serves customers across the UAE and international markets. , we are committed to quality, innovation, consistency and exceptional service.Role Description - The position is a full-time, on site role based in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai. The role is responsible for managing the overall HR function and employee experience, ensuring efficient HR operations while building an engaged, positive and high-performing workplace culture.The role will work closely with leadership and department heads to manage the employee lifecycle, HR operations, employee relations, engagement and development while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.Qualification and Key Responsibilities5–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within manufacturing, food production, FMCG, hospitality or a similar operational environment.Hands-on experience managing payroll, attendance, leave, employee records, benefits and day-to-day HR administration.Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, engagement, retention and offboarding.Strong experience in employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace concerns.Drive employee engagement, recognition, well-being and workplace culture initiatives.Coordinate training and development programs based on employee and organizational needs.Partner with department heads on manpower planning, performance management and people-related matters.Ensure HR practices comply with UAE Labour Law, JAFZA requirements and company policies.Experience with HRMS, payroll systems, HR reporting and employee data management.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a multicultural and multilingual workforce, from production employees to senior management.Ability to analyze HR data and employee feedback and recommend practical improvements.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, , or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.Fluency in English is required; Arabic is preferred. Additional languages are an advantage.Must be able to work full-time on-site
