Apply & track with Apply EdgeElegancia Arabia is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Team Leader to lead and support employee relations activities across the organization. The role requires strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, government HR platforms, employee services, and HR systems, combined with proven experience managing employee-related matters in a large organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise day-to-day Employee Relations operations and activities.Manage employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary cases, investigations, and workplace-related matters in accordance with company policies and Saudi Labor Law.Ensure full compliance with KSA Labor Law and applicable government regulations.Manage and coordinate employee transactions through government platforms including:QiwaMuqeemMudadChamber of CommerceProvide guidance to employees and management regarding HR policies, procedures, employee relations matters, and regulatory requirements.Support employee onboarding, transfers, promotions, contract amendments, separations, and other employee lifecycle activities.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR transactions are properly reflected in SAP SuccessFactors.Monitor employee relations cases and prepare reports, dashboards, and recommendations for HR management.Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Government Relations, Legal, and other departments to resolve employee-related matters.Lead and mentor Employee Relations team members and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.Support continuous improvement of employee relations processes and HR service delivery.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.Minimum 8 years of experience in Employee Relations, Employee Management, HR Operations, or a related HR function.Proven experience supervising or leading an Employee Relations or HR Operations team.Strong working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is mandatory.Strong working knowledge of Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, and Chamber of Commerce platforms.Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and KSA HR compliance requirements.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.Must be fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.Experience within the construction, contracting, engineering, or large-scale project environment is an advantage.Preferred ProfileCandidates currently based in Saudi Arabia with strong hands-on experience managing Employee Relations activities within large or diversified organizations will be highly preferred.
