Responsibilities may include handling employee relations matters, reviewing workplace policies, supporting conflict resolution, conducting investigations where appropriate, and providing guidance on organizational procedures. The Employee Relations Manager will collaborate with HR leadership and business teams to promote a respectful and productive work environment. The role also involves monitoring employee feedback, identifying recurring workplace issues, supporting engagement initiatives, maintaining appropriate documentation, and recommending improvements to policies and processes.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Employment Relations, Psychology, or a related field.Strong understanding of employee relations principles, workplace policies, organizational practices, and conflict resolution.Excellent communication, active listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong judgment, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.Ability to handle sensitive workplace matters with professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.Strong understanding of HR processes and employee engagement practices.Excellent documentation, organizational, and case management skills.Ability to work effectively with employees, managers, and senior stakeholders.Strong attention to detail and a fair, balanced approach to workplace matters.Proactive, approachable, and committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.
