Employee Relations ManagerRole DescriptionWe are seeking a people-focused and solutions-oriented Employee Relations Manager to promote positive workplace relationships, employee engagement, and a fair and consistent working environment. The role involves developing and implementing employee relations strategies, advising on workplace matters, supporting conflict resolution, and ensuring HR policies and practices are applied consistently. The Employee Relations Manager will work closely with employees, managers, and HR stakeholders to address concerns, facilitate effective communication, and support a healthy organizational culture. Responsibilities include managing employee concerns and grievances, supporting disciplinary and performance-related processes, reviewing workplace policies, identifying employee relations trends, and recommending practical solutions to improve engagement and workplace effectiveness. Strong judgment, confidentiality, communication, mediation, and problem-solving skills are essential. The successful candidate should demonstrate professionalism, empathy, integrity, and a balanced approach to employee and business needs.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Employment Relations, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of employee relations principles, HR policies, workplace practices, and employment regulations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to build trust and effective relationships with employees and management.Strong knowledge of performance management, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS or employee management systems.Fair, empathetic, objective, proactive, and highly ethical approach.
