You will work closely with employees, managers, and HR teams to promote effective communication, consistent policy application, and a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong judgment, empathy, confidentiality, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and integrity.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, Industrial Relations, or a related field.Strong understanding of employee relations, HR policies, workplace practices, and conflict resolution principles.Excellent communication, listening, negotiation, mediation, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with sound professional judgment.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS or employee case management systems is a plus.Empathetic, fair-minded, approachable, and capable of building trust across different levels of an organization.
