The role involves developing employee relations strategies, supporting workplace policies, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring consistent and effective people practices. You will work closely with employees, managers, and HR teams to resolve workplace issues, facilitate constructive communication, and strengthen employee engagement and trust. Responsibilities include handling employee relations matters, supporting investigations, advising on workplace policies and procedures, identifying potential risks, and contributing to initiatives that improve organizational culture. Strong judgment, confidentiality, communication, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder management skills are essential.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of employee relations, workplace policies, HR practices, and employment principles.Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism, discretion, and fairness.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with sound judgment.Familiarity with employee engagement, workplace investigations, grievance management, and disciplinary processes.Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across different levels of an organization.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.High integrity, emotional intelligence, confidentiality, and a strong commitment to a positive workplace culture.
