Employee Relations Officer

Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob Purpose:Responsible for managing employee relations and labor affairs, with a strong focus on labor disputes, complaints, investigations, legal cases, and ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and follow up on employee relations cases, labor disputes, complaints, and claims.Attend labor court hearings, investigations, and official sessions when required, ensuring compliance with summons and deadlines.Prepare and maintain case files, including responses, evidence, supporting documents, and official correspondence.Coordinate with legal advisors, lawyers, HR, and relevant departments on employee relations and labor cases.Handle employee complaints and disputes and support appropriate resolutions while protecting the company’s interests.Conduct and support employee-related investigations, disciplinary actions, and employment dispute matters.Monitor labor cases and provide management with updates on case status, required actions, and upcoming deadlines.Liaise with MHRSD, Labor Offices, Labor Courts, Qiwa, Najiz, and other relevant authorities.Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, its implementing regulations, and company policies.Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases, investigations, and legal matters.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law, HR, Business Administration, or related field.3–5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Labor Affairs, HR, or a similar role.Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and labor dispute procedures.Practical experience handling labor cases, complaints, investigations, and court hearings.Experience with Qiwa, Najiz, MHRSD, and other relevant government platforms.Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
