Key Responsibilities
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace investigations.Manage employee relations documentation, warnings, and case records.Coordinate with HR Operations and Government Relations on employee-related issues.Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Qiwa, and relevant HR policies.Support employee engagement, conflict resolution, and internal HR procedures.
Requirements
