Job title: Employee Research ConsultantLocations: Philadelphia, PA 19103 (Onsite)Job Locations1717 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103, USA or,1050 Connecticut Avenue NW, Suite 700 Washington, DC 20036, USADuration: Full TimeExperience level: Mid-seniorExperience required: 5 YearsEducation level: Master’s degreeClient is seeking candidates for the following position based in Philadelphia or Washington, DCMust Have:Master’s degree or higher in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (or related field of study)At least 4-5 years’ employee research, employee engagement or organizational assessment survey experienceAbility to conduct statistical analysis and design data structures using SPSS and/or R programmingAdvanced knowledge of Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, index matching)Strong PowerPoint skills to build compelling executive summary reports and data visuals for senior leadership audiencesExcellent analytical, writing, and presentation skillsProven project management skills and creative problem-solving abilitiesNice to Have:Previous consulting experience preferred (employee experience/engagement survey, external consulting or internal HR consulting)Proven sales support experience (e.g., building business development materials with guidance, supporting business development activities)Ability to conduct research studies using Marsh’s robust normative database to produce trend reports/white papers/thought leadership pieces for social media posting purposesHighly skilled in the areas of data analytics and drawing insights, writing, and presenting results to business leadersStrong project management abilities in order to effectively “own” projects from start to finish with support manager and operations team.
