Apply & track with Apply EdgeYou’ll work directly with employees in a worksite clinic, providing first aid and injury care, supporting wellness initiatives, and helping employees stay healthy and safe at work.What You’ll DoClinical Care & Injury ManagementProvide first aid, triage, assessment, and treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses. Evaluate injured employees and guide care using Medcor’s evidence-based Medcor Care Protocols (MCPs). Respond to workplace medical needs and determine appropriate next steps for care. Assist with case management and follow-up care. Complete pre-employment and post-offer screenings. Conduct Physical Assessment Testing (PATs). Support employee health, wellness, education, and prevention initiatives. Clinic OperationsManage day-to-day onsite clinic operations. Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical record systems. Assist with OSHA recordkeeping and other required documentation. Order and maintain clinic supplies. Complete general administrative and compliance responsibilities. Partnership & CommunicationBuild strong relationships with employees and provide an excellent patient experience. Partner with the employer’s Safety and Human Resources teams. Coordinate with outside medical providers, urgent care centers, and hospitals when additional care is needed. Collaborate with Medcor Operations and clinical resources for ongoing support. What You’ll NeedCurrent EMT, Paramedic, or LPN licensure/certification applicable to the position. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills. Comfort using computers, electronic medical records, and other workplace technology. Ability to lift and carry a 50-pound emergency response bag. A patient-focused approach and commitment to providing excellent care. It's a Plus If You HaveOccupational or workplace health experience. Emergency medicine, EMS, urgent care, or critical care experience. Experience working independently in a clinical setting.
