We prioritise values such as commitment, trust, innovation, respect, and caring.Role Description We are looking for an experienced (8+yrs) End User Computing (EUC) & Google Workspace Administrator to lead the Organization's end-user technology environment, workplace productivity platforms, endpoint management, IT support, and digital workplace operations. The role will be responsible for managing Google Workspace, endpoint devices, identity and access, device security, collaboration tools, IT service management, and end-user experience across the organization. He will also be managing end point security tools like antivirus or XDR applications.The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Google Workspace Administration, Google Admin Console, endpoint/device management, ChromeOS/Chrome Browser management, Windows/macOS environments, identity management, security policies, and ITSM processes.The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills and will be responsible for ensuring a secure, reliable, standardized, and highly productive digital workplace.Key Attributes A bachelor’s degree or master’s in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 8 years’ experience in end user computing support, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.Should be well versed in formulating and maintaining IT End User Computing and Security Policies and Procedures.Proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting printers, laptops, projectors, and various computer accessories.Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM principles, with relevant certifications preferred (e.g., ITIL Foundation).Any relevant IT certification on technology or Google Workspace will be an advantageDesirable AttributesProactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.Innovation mind set and Excellent analytical skills High sense of ownership and accountabilityAdaptability to new technologies and changing business requirements.Location & Working HoursThe position is based out of our Bhubaneswar, Odisha office.
