EUC Operations & SupportProvide end-user support for desktops, laptops, Microsoft 365 applications, printers, peripherals, and network connectivity, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and user-related issues.Deliver priority support to VIP users, including prompt resolution of critical incidents, service requests, user onboarding activities, and collaboration tool-related requirements to ensure seamless business operations.Ensure smooth functioning of meeting room and AV infrastructure, manage IT tickets within agreed SLA, and coordinate with the ISG team for endpoint security applications, access management, compliance requirements, and security-related issue resolution.Support user onboarding, device readiness, standard application setup, Microsoft 365 access, collaboration tools, printer mapping, and basic network connectivity requirements for new and existing users.Provide hands-and-feet support for IT infrastructure and workplace technology, including basic checks, device replacement coordination, meeting room readiness, and escalation of unresolved technical issues.Communicate professionally with business users, VIP stakeholders, and IT teams, ensuring timely updates, effective follow-through, and a customer-focused support experience.Job ExperienceMinimum 4+ years’ experience in a technology setup, preferably a retailerStrong knowledge of Windows 10/11, basic macOS, and mobile OS (iOS/Android).Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft Intune/SCCM.Understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.Ability to work in fast-paced, 24/7 retail operations with flexible shifts.
