Apply & track with Apply EdgeEnd User Technology (EUT) SpecialistStart date: ASAPWe are looking for an experienced End User Technology Specialist to provide hands-on technical support to users and ensure the stable operation of workplace technology, local IT infrastructure and collaboration systems.This position combines end-user support with Microsoft environment administration, hardware and asset management, office networking, server room support and participation in IT implementation projects.Key responsibilitiesProvide onsite and remote technical support to end users.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system and connectivity issues.Install, configure, update and maintain computers, mobile devices, peripherals and business applications.Support and administer Windows, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure and Microsoft Intune environments.Support domain-based environments, including Active Directory, user accounts, permissions and Group Policy.Maintain office LAN infrastructure and support the day-to-day operation of the local server room.Support network devices and troubleshoot connectivity issues.Maintain and support Cisco and Poly videoconferencing solutions and meeting-room equipment.Prepare workplace equipment and accounts for new employees.Manage IT assets and maintain accurate hardware and telecommunications equipment records.Conduct regular IT equipment inventories.Create and maintain technical documentation, user instructions, reports and operational records.Coordinate with hardware vendors and external IT service providers.Work closely with local and global support teams.Participate in IT implementation, migration and improvement projects.Identify opportunities to improve user experience and optimise IT and ITSM processes.Provide technical guidance and knowledge support to other team members.RequirementsAt least three years of professional experience in IT support, End User Computing, Desktop Support or IT Infrastructure.Very good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365.Strong practical knowledge of Active Directory and domain-based environments.Experience with Microsoft Azure/Entra ID and Microsoft Intune.Good understanding of computer networks, including LAN, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.Knowledge of network and endpoint security principles.Hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and networking issues.Experience with remote support tools and ITSM/ticketing systems.Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation.Good organisational, planning and task-prioritisation skills.English at a minimum B2 level.Technical education at a minimum secondary-school level.Availability to work onsite and provide hands-on support for local IT infrastructure.Nice to haveExperience with Cisco or Poly videoconferencing systems.Experience supporting server rooms and network equipment.Knowledge of PowerShell or other IT automation tools.Experience with IT asset management and inventory processes.Previous involvement in workplace technology migrations or implementation projects.Knowledge of ITIL-based support processes.
