We are looking for a skilled and experienced Endodontics Specialist to join a reputed dental healthcare facility in Dubai, UAE.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in diagnosing and treating diseases and injuries affecting the dental pulp and periapical tissues, with a particular focus on advanced root canal treatment and the preservation of natural teeth.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive endodontic consultations and clinical examinationsDiagnose pulpal and periapical conditions using clinical findings and appropriate diagnostic imagingDevelop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical assessmentPerform primary and complex root canal treatmentsManage retreatment cases and challenging endodontic conditionsTreat dental trauma and associated pulpal and periapical complicationsPerform appropriate emergency endodontic procedures for patients presenting with acute dental painManage cases involving calcified canals, curved canals, and complex root canal anatomyPerform pulp therapy and other appropriate endodontic procedures within the approved scope of practiceAssess cases requiring surgical endodontic intervention and coordinate treatment where appropriateCollaborate with general dentists, prosthodontists, periodontists, oral surgeons, orthodontists, and other dental specialistsReview and interpret periapical radiographs, CBCT scans, and other relevant diagnostic imagingProvide post-treatment evaluation, follow-up, and long-term monitoringExplain diagnoses, treatment options, procedures, risks, and expected outcomes clearly to patientsMaintain accurate and confidential clinical recordsEnsure strict compliance with infection-control and patient-safety protocolsParticipate in clinical audits, quality improvement activities, and continuing professional developmentMaintain high standards of ethical, evidence-based dental practiceRequirementsBDS, DDS, DMD, or equivalent recognized dental qualification.Recognized postgraduate qualification in Endodontics.Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.Strong clinical experience in conventional and complex endodontic procedures.Excellent diagnostic and treatment-planning skills.Strong understanding of modern endodontic techniques and materials.Ability to manage complex and emergency endodontic cases.Excellent communication and patient-management skills.Strong attention to clinical detail.Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
