The role involves diagnosing and treating diseases of the dental pulp and periapical tissues, performing root canal therapies, and managing retreatments and complex endodontic cases. Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough clinical examinations, interpreting radiographs, creating treatment plans, and delivering high-quality dental care aligned with MOH standards and regulations. The Endodontist will provide patient-centered care, explain treatment options clearly, maintain accurate medical and dental records, and collaborate with other dental and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient management. Additional duties include adhering to infection control protocols, staying updated with advances in endodontics, and supporting continuous improvement in clinical procedures and patient experience.Qualifications Strong clinical expertise in Dentistry and Endodontics, including diagnosis and treatment of complex root canal and pulp-related conditions.Demonstrated proficiency in Dental Care and Patient Care, with a commitment to safe, high-quality, and compassionate treatment.Solid foundation in Medicine as it relates to oral health, systemic conditions, and their impact on endodontic treatment.Valid dental degree (DDS, DMD, or equivalent) with recognized specialization in Endodontics and eligibility for MOH licensure in the UAE.Previous experience working in a clinical or hospital-based dental setting, preferably in endodontics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to work efficiently in an on-site clinical environment.Commitment to ethical practice, continuous professional development, and adherence to local regulatory and infection control standards.
