Operating in a highly collaborative environment, you will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that support Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, and Operations functions.This role requires a strong blend of Endur technical expertise and business engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex trading requirements into scalable Endur solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, and Operations stakeholders to understand business requirements and support Endur-related change initiatives. Participate in requirements workshops and contribute technical expertise during solution design discussions. Translate business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications into robust Endur solutions. Collaborate with Solution Architects and development teams to validate technical approaches and assess solution impacts. Design, develop, configure, and enhance Endur applications, workflows, and integrations. Support Endur upgrade, remediation, and platform optimisation programmes. Develop and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and implementation artefacts. Support testing activities including test planning, defect triage, UAT support, and production releases. Ensure requirements, development deliverables, testing activities, and releases remain fully traceable throughout the project lifecycle. Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced utilisation of the Endur platform. Required Skills & ExperienceStrong experience as an Endur Developer within Energy Trading, Commodities, or Financial Markets environments. Deep technical and functional understanding of the Endur platform. Experience delivering Endur enhancements, customisations, integrations, or upgrade programmes. Strong understanding of Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, and Operations workflows. Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions. Experience working within Agile delivery environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience using SQL and Excel for data analysis, troubleshooting, and validation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred ExperienceExperience supporting large-scale Endur upgrades or remediation programmes. Exposure to OpenJVS, OpenComponents, AVS, Endur integrations, and reporting frameworks. Experience working across distributed/global teams. Knowledge of Energy Trading & Risk Management (ETRM) processes. Formal Business Analysis or Agile certifications would be beneficial.
