This is an exciting opportunity for a sustainability-focused professional to support energy management initiatives, utility optimization strategies, and environmental performance programs across a diverse portfolio of facilities.The successful candidate will play a key role in driving energy efficiency, supporting sustainability objectives, and providing valuable insight through data analysis and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify utility and energy cost-saving opportunities across assigned facilities.Support energy procurement activities and coordinate energy-related projects.Prepare monthly energy reports, variance analyses, and performance dashboards.Monitor utility consumption, spending trends, and utility billing data.Maintain, review, and analyze utility invoices and contract information.Develop and maintain site energy profiles and supporting documentation.Provide energy and sustainability recommendations to support preventative maintenance programs.Participate in site surveys, facility inspections, and energy assessments.Support the development and implementation of energy management plans.Analyze energy and operational data to identify efficiency improvements.Work closely with stakeholders to support sustainability and environmental initiatives.RequirementsBachelor's Degree preferred.2-5 years of experience in energy management, sustainability, facilities management, engineering, environmental consulting, or a related field.LEED Accreditation or Certification preferred.Strong knowledge of energy consumption analysis and sustainability best practices.Experience interpreting data and translating findings into actionable recommendations.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will be passionate about sustainability and energy performance, with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to work with large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
