قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجUnit: BLUE TEAM - Strategy, Consulting & InsightsLocation: Athens, GreeceEmployment: Full-timeLevel: Junior / Early CareerThe RoleINTERWEAVE is looking for an Engagement & Project Executive to join our Consulting Unit (BLUE Team) - Strategy & Insights unit.This is an early-career role for someone who wants to learn how complex consulting and transformation projects are structured, managed and delivered — while working directly with strategists, consultants, researchers, creatives, technologists and senior client stakeholders.You will sit at the intersection of project management, consulting delivery and client engagement.You will help our consulting teams turn ambitious briefs into structured programmes of work: organising information, coordinating teams and stakeholders, supporting research and workshops, managing timelines and deliverables, preparing client materials and making sure projects keep moving.This is not a traditional Account Executive role.You will not simply manage requests between a client and an agency team. You will learn to understand the business challenge behind the request, connect different disciplines, structure the work required and help deliver meaningful outcomes.You will work across projects in areas including:Strategy & TransformationBrand & Business StrategyResearch, Insights & IntelligenceCustomer & Brand ExperienceInnovation & New Product DevelopmentOrganisational & Change ManagementPlacemaking & Destination StrategyDigital & AI TransformationStrategic Marketing & Communications PlanningThe role is designed as a strong foundation for someone who wants to develop into an Engagement Manager, Project Manager or Consultant within INTERWEAVE.What You Will Do Project & Engagement ManagementSupport the day-to-day management of consulting engagements from kick-off through final delivery.You will:Help translate scopes of work into clear project plans, workstreams, milestones and actionsBuild and maintain project timelines, trackers and delivery schedulesCoordinate internal teams across strategy, research, creative, technology and specialist disciplinesFollow up on actions, dependencies and deadlinesPrepare agendas, meeting notes, decision logs and next-step summariesTrack deliverables and ensure that agreed actions move forwardIdentify delays, dependencies or delivery risks early and escalate them appropriatelySupport project budget, resource and scope trackingHelp maintain an accurate picture of project status at all timesYour job is not simply to update a tracker.Your job is to understand what needs to happen next and help make it happen. Client EngagementSupport Engagement Managers, Consultants and Directors in creating a highly professional client experience.You will:Participate in client meetings, workshops, interviews and working sessionsCoordinate day-to-day project communication with client teamsPrepare meeting materials, agendas and follow-upsCapture decisions, requirements, feedback and open questionsEnsure client input reaches the right members of the project teamFollow up on information, documentation and approvals required for the projectHelp maintain strong, structured and transparent communication throughout each engagementOver time, you will progressively take ownership of specific client interactions and project workstreams. Consulting Delivery SupportYou will work closely with our consultants and strategists to support the development of high-quality consulting deliverables.Depending on the project, this may include:Desk research and information gatheringCompetitive and market researchBenchmarking and best-practice reviewsOrganising and analysing client informationSupporting stakeholder interviews and workshopsStructuring findings and research outputsDeveloping charts, frameworks and project documentationSupporting the preparation of strategic presentationsProofreading and quality checking deliverablesConverting discussions, research and analysis into structured outputsYou will gradually learn how INTERWEAVE moves from information → insight → strategy → implementation. Workshops, Research & Stakeholder CoordinationMany or our projects involve multiple stakeholders, interviews, workshops and collaborative sessions.You will help:Design and coordinate interview and workshop schedulesManage participant lists and stakeholder communicationPrepare workshop materials and supporting documentationCapture outputs, findings, decisions and actionsOrganise research inputs and source materialCoordinate questionnaires, data requests and client documentationConsolidate outputs into structured working documents for the consulting team Presentations & DocumentationConsulting requires clarity.You will support the team in creating materials that make complex projects easy to understand.You should become excellent at:PowerPoint / Google SlidesExcel / Google SheetsProject documentationMeeting summariesResearch repositoriesTimelines and project trackersWorkshop documentationExecutive summariesStructured client communicationsYou will help ensure that everything leaving the BLUE team is clear, accurate, structured and presentation-ready. Internal CollaborationBLUE projects frequently bring together different INTERWEAVE capabilities.You may find yourself coordinating a strategist, researcher, designer, architect, developer, data specialist and external expert within the same engagement.You will:Connect the people involved in each projectEnsure everyone understands the brief, deadlines and dependenciesOrganise internal working sessions and reviewsKeep documentation and project information organisedSupport effective collaboration across INTERWEAVE's Consulting, Creative and Technology teamsRequirementsWhat We Are Looking ForWe are looking primarily for potential, intelligence and attitude.You do not need to arrive as a fully formed consultant or project manager.
