The team is passionate about helping learners unlock their full potential and achieve meaningful goals.Role Description :The Engagement Lead is responsible for day-to-day execution of engagement initiatives, ensuring students, schools, and partners remain active, supported, and engaged throughout the program lifecycle.This role is highly execution-focused and ensures that plans turn into measurable participation, completion, and retention.Key ResponsibilitiesEngagement Execution & Operations• Execute student and school engagement plans• Coordinate workshops, online sessions, and school visits• Manage logistics, schedules, and communications• Support onboarding activities during pilot and scale-up phasesRelationship Support & Communication• Serve as secondary point of contact for schools and partners• Respond to queries, requests, and issues in a timely manner• Escalate complex issues to the Outreach & Partnership Director• Maintain positive, professional relationships with stakeholdersTracking , Reporting & Feedback• Track engagement metrics such as: attendance, course participation, drop-off rates• Collect feedback from students and schools• Share insights with Content, LMS, and PMO teams• Support continuous improvement initiativesCoordination & Support• Support marketing campaigns and activations• Coordinate with Admin & Reporting Executive for accurate data capture• Maintain engagement calendars, trackers, and logsEducation & Experience Requirements:Education• Bachelor's degree in: Education or related field• Additional certifications in project coordination or education technology programs are a plusExperience• 6–8 years of experience in: program coordination, engagement or outreach roles, education or youth programs• Experience working with schools or student groups is strongly preferSkills & Competencies• Strong organizational and coordination skills• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Training and capacity-building capabilities, with the ability to plan, support, and implement engagement models and communicate them clearly to schools• Strong relationship-building skills with a sense of ownership over school support outcomes• Skilled in building trackers and reporting systems that enable differentiated support to schools based on KPIs and defined criteria• Attention to detail and strong follow-through• Ability to manage multiple priorities• Comfortable working with students and educators
