Apply & track with Apply EdgeRole Description The Engagement Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with students, families, and community partners to increase participation in Mind Base Education programs. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating engagement activities, organizing workshops or events, gathering feedback from learners, and ensuring clear, timely communication about available resources and support. The Engagement Lead will collaborate with educators and staff to identify learner needs, support outreach initiatives, and help create a welcoming, inclusive environment that encourages ongoing participation. The role also involves tracking engagement metrics and preparing brief reports to inform continuous improvement efforts.Key Responsibilities1. Engagement Execution & OperationsExecute student and school engagement plansCoordinate workshops, online sessions, and school visitsManage logistics, schedules, and communicationsSupport onboarding activities during pilot and scale-up phases2. Relationship Support & CommunicationServe as secondary point of contact for schools and partnersRespond to queries, requests, and issues in a timely mannerEscalate complex issues to the Partnership Manager or PMOMaintain positive, professional relationships with stakeholders3. Tracking, Reporting & FeedbackTrack engagement metrics such as:AttendanceCourse participationDrop-off ratesCollect feedback from students and schoolsShare insights with Content, LMS, and PMO teamsSupport continuous improvement initiatives4. Coordination & SupportSupport marketing campaigns and activationsCoordinate with Admin & Reporting Executive for accurate data captureMaintain engagement calendars, trackers, and logsEducation & Experience RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in:EducationBusinessCommunicationsSocial SciencesPublic RelationsAdditional certifications in project coordination or education programs are a plusExperience3–6 years of experience in:Program coordinationEngagement or outreach rolesEducation or youth programsExperience working with schools or student groups is strongly preferredSkills & CompetenciesStrong organizational and coordination skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAttention to detail and follow-throughAbility to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable working with students and educators
