Engagement Manager

Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in risk management, data analysis, or a similar analytical role, preferably within financial services or a collections environment. Strong proficiency in statistical analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, and SAS. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong understanding of credit risk principles, collection processes, and relevant regulatory requirements.
