Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute large-scale employee activities, themed days, sports fests, recognition programs, and multi-site engagement events.Partner with operations and HR leadership to identify attrition risk factors and implement targeted engagement interventions.Oversee the content calendar for internal communications, ensuring updates, newsletters, and cultural highlights are effectively shared via internal channels and platforms.Administer employee satisfaction surveys, facilitate focus group discussions (FGDs), and analyze feedback trends to provide actionable insights to management.Proactively manage the site engagement budget, ensuring high-impact activities are delivered cost-effectively.Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum of 2–3 years of experience in HR, Employee Engagement, or Recruitment Marketing within a BPO or high-volume corporate environment.Proven experience supervising a small team or leading cross-functional committees for company events.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to confidently present to leadership and engage with frontline agents.Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple event timelines simultaneously from concept to completion.Willingness to work flexible hours, including night/graveyard shifts, to support 24/7 BPO operations.
