For more information, visit www.tcs.com and follow TCS news at @TCS_News.Key Responsibilities15+ years of experience in BFSI/Banking, Quality Engineering, Technology Delivery or IT Services.Proven experience managing large banking engagements/programs with end-to-end delivery ownership.Strong experience working with Middle East/UAE banking clients.Experience in Engagement Management, Service Delivery and P&L ownership.Strong Technical Program Management (TPM) and multi-program delivery expertise.Strong understanding of Banking QA/QE, Test Automation, Digital Banking and Technology Transformation.Exposure to AI/GenAI, Automation, DevOps and Digital Transformation.Strong experience in client relationship and CXO-level stakeholder management.Proven track record in account growth, business development, cross-sell/up-sell and opportunity creation.Experience managing large onsite/offshore teams across multiple programs.Strong understanding of delivery governance, risk management, quality, SLA/KPI management and operational excellence.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior banking technology and business leadership.Willingness to be based in Dubai, UAE.Roles and ResponsibilitiesOwn the overall client engagement and senior stakeholder relationship.Drive end-to-end delivery across Banking QE and technology programs.Own revenue, margin, forecasting, resource planning and P&L performance.Drive quality engineering transformation, automation and productivity improvement.Identify and drive AI/GenAI and intelligent automation opportunities within the account.Establish and manage SteerCo, governance, delivery and performance management.Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and client escalations.Build strong relationships with CIO, CTO, Business and Technology leadership.Drive account mining, new opportunities, cross-sell and up-sell in partnership with TCS sales and consulting teams.Lead and mentor large multi-disciplinary onsite/offshore teams.Drive continuous improvement across delivery, quality, productivity and customer experience.Support RFP/RFI, solutioning, proposals and commercial discussions.Develop and execute the client's QE, Digital and AI/GenAI transformation roadmap.Ensure strong alignment between client business objectives, technology outcomes and TCS growth objectives.Application Deadline: 30th - October -2026Privacy Note:https://www.tcs.com/connect-with-tcs/privacy-policy
