Engagement Support Trainee (Emirati)We are seeking a motivated and people-oriented Engagement Support Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the experience of our contractor workforce by maintaining regular communication, assisting with onboarding activities, gathering employee feedback, and helping to foster positive workplace relationships.This is an excellent opportunity for an Emirati professional looking to start or build a career in Human Resources, Employee Experience, or People Operations.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee EngagementConduct regular engagement calls with contractors to understand their experience, wellbeing, and workplace satisfaction.Build positive relationships with employees and serve as a first point of contact for general inquiries.Listen to employee concerns, provide guidance within established processes, and escalate issues when required.Maintain accurate records of employee interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions.Onboarding & Employee SupportAssist with onboarding and induction activities for new hires.Welcome and support employees throughout their onboarding journey.Schedule and conduct follow-up check-ins with employees assigned to client sites.Ensure employees receive timely support and information throughout their employment lifecycle.Reporting & Continuous ImprovementMonitor engagement trends and share feedback insights with the wider team.Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and satisfaction campaigns.Contribute ideas to enhance employee experience and retention.Participate in training and development opportunities to build knowledge of employee engagement best practices.ComplianceAct in accordance with NES Fircroft's Code of Conduct and HSE policies at all times.Undertake additional duties as required to support business needs.What You'll BringQualifications(Emirati Passport Holder) - MandatoryHigh School Diploma or equivalent.A qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is advantageous.ExperiencePrevious experience in customer service, administration, HR support, or another people-focused role is preferred.Recent graduates and entry-level candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.Skills & CompetenciesStrong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.Empathy, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Knowledge of employee engagement or HR processes is beneficial but not essential.Why Join Us?Gain valuable experience in Human Resources and Employee Experience.Develop professional communication and stakeholder management skills.Work within a supportive and collaborative team environment.Enjoy career development and learning opportunities within a global organization.
