Customers can trust us to constantly solve challenges to meet their needs, and apply new ideas for better outcomes.Responsibilities:To conceptualize, design and implement automation systems to enhance productivityTo test and commissioning electrical and automation system.To integrate robot system to existing manufacturing machinery to achieve automation to improve overall manufacturing efficiency and productivity improvement.To troubleshoot, repair current factory automation hardware, software and interface issues, maintaining the system to ensure full functionality and reliability.To design, modify and implement end of arm tooling (EOAT) with robot system of molding machine to required function in efficient and cost-effective manner.Keep abreast of latest developments in industrial automation technology and introduce them to company to achieve cost savings and productivity improvements.To support any work activities related to industry 4.0 initiative companywide.Requirements:Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Product Design or an equivalent field.Proven experience in industrial automation, machine design, system integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting.Knowledge in industrial sensors, motors and robotsPython programming, PLC, HMI, TCP/IP and serial programmingKnowledge of GD&T, tolerance analysis, and engineering drawing standards.Effective project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with manufacturing environments and preventive maintenance practices.Knowledge of GMP, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements is preferred.Committed to complying with all plant safety regulations, food safety standards, sanitation requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.The above statements reflect the general tasks, duties, activities and/or responsibilities necessary to describe this position and is not intended to set forth all of the specific requirements of the job.
