As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and operational expertise for field activities, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our services. Your expertise will be instrumental in troubleshooting and providing support to our field staff, enabling them to deliver exceptional service to our customers.Responsibilities Provide technical support and operational expertise for field activities, ensuring effective troubleshooting and support to field staff. Monitor and manage field operations, identifying and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with field staff to optimize processes and enhance overall efficiency. Maintain accurate records and documentation of field activities and support provided. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during field operations. Supervise and manage shift staff, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication. Navigate web-based applications and utilize relevant tools for efficient support. Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Computer Science.Strong skills in navigating web-based applications and relevant software tools.Effective supervisory abilities and experience managing shift staff.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on troubleshooting.Ability to work in rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Evening) with flexibility.Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with field staff.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is an advantage.Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
