Engineer Intern

About the InternshipWe are seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our Engineering Internship Program. This program provides hands-on exposure to real industrial operations and allows interns to gain practical experience across different engineering functions while working alongside experienced professionals.The internship will provide exposure to the following areas:Production Electrical MaintenanceProduction Mechanical MaintenanceResearch & Development (R&D)Applications Production (Casting)Quality R&DProject SalesThe internship duration is 6 months, with the possibility of being hired as a full-time employee based on performance and business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport engineering teams in daily operational activities and projects.Assist in troubleshooting, analysis, and improvement initiatives.Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.Support production processes and monitor operational performance.Assist in quality improvement activities and technical documentation.Support R&D activities, testing, and product improvement projects.Assist in preparing technical reports and data analysis.Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.Follow safety procedures and engineering standards.Perform other tasks assigned by the assigned department.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related disciplines).Fresh graduates only (Class of 2025 or 2026).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Good command of English, both written and spoken.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.Ability to work in an on-site industrial environment.What We OfferHands-on experience in a leading industrial environment.Exposure to multiple engineering functions.Mentorship from experienced engineers and professionals.Opportunity to work on real projects and operational challenges.Possibility of full-time employment after successful completion of the internship.Internship certificate upon successful completion.
