Team members benefit from working in a professionally managed, safety-conscious, and performance-driven organization.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Senior Engineer – Planning (Roads and Infrastructure). The role involves developing and maintaining project schedules for road and infrastructure projects, using planning software to track progress, resources, and costs. The Senior Planning Engineer will coordinate with project managers, site teams, and other stakeholders to gather data, update timelines, and identify risks or delays. Daily tasks include preparing progress reports, dashboards, and forecasts, analyzing variances between planned and actual performance, and recommending corrective actions to keep projects on track. The role also involves contributing to tender and bidding schedules, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and client requirements.Qualifications Strong project planning and scheduling skills, including experience with tools such as Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.Solid understanding of roads, infrastructure, and civil engineering processes, methods, and construction sequencing.Experience in data analysis, progress tracking, and reporting, including preparation of dashboards and performance metrics.Knowledge of cost control, resource planning, and risk management within large-scale infrastructure projects.Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; advanced certifications in project planning or PMP are an advantage.Previous senior-level planning experience in roads and infrastructure projects in the UAE or GCC region is highly beneficial.Familiarity with ISO-based quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety standards and site HSE practices.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and presentation of planning data.
