قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجKey Responsibilities:Fully understands the engineering scope of work for the project and monitors the engineering activity to ensure project requirements are metCoordinates internal and external engineering activities and the interdisciplinary interfaces in close coordination with the discipline engineers and/or contractorsEnsures engineering requirements are properly incorporated in the engineering deliverables.Communicates with engineers, cost estimators, internal stakeholders, contractors etc. to define project performance requirementsCoordinate and review engineering development, either in-house or external, to ensure clarity of scope of work and alignment of specifications and deliverables with engineering requirementsCoordinates the creation of relevant document to support Project Stage deliverables up to the Final Investment Decision (FID) or from FID through to Project Close OutResponsible for the coordination of the project specific design reviewsAccountable for developing the Project overall engineering planReports on the Project progress in relation to the engineering scope in terms of requirements, quality and scheduleIdentify gaps, provide analysis and develop options on impact to closing any project engineering requirementsSupports the Project budgeting and forecasting process for the engineering disciplinesWorks closely with the QA/QC team to ensure engineering adherence to the Quality Assurance and Control program for conformance to the project requirementsSupports the resolution of QA/QC non-conformitiesSupport internal and external technical reviewsProvide a liaison service between engineering, construction and commissioningSupport, where appropriate, plant design and constructability reviewsSupport the creation of procurement and contracting strategiesSupport technical negotiations and bid technical evaluation for packages and other high value equipmentRecommend improvements to departmental procedure and direct the implementation of instructions and controls covering a specific area of any project activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers.Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls within a defined area of project activity to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.Supports the approval / rejection of change ordersWorks with commissioning authority to trouble shoot / resolve any critical engineering issuesSupports periodic site reviews and attend site meetings as required during construction.Minimum Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.Minimum Experience:7 years of engineering design / project experience in an Industrial Engineering, Construction or Process related industry.
