Team members join a detail-oriented, proactive organization dedicated to exceeding client expectations on every project.Role DescriptionThe Engineer Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, with the primary responsibility of conducting regular site visits for construction, waterproofing, structural strengthening, concrete restoration, refurbishment, and maintenance projects.The Engineer Supervisor will be responsible for visiting project sites, assessing site conditions, understanding client requirements, taking measurements where required, identifying technical issues, and coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. The role will also involve preparing site visit reports, documenting site conditions, providing technical observations and recommendations, and ensuring that all requirements identified during site visits are properly communicated to the relevant teams.In addition to regular site visits, the Engineer Supervisor will support project supervision and coordination, monitor the progress and quality of ongoing works, review drawings and technical specifications, assist in resolving technical issues, and ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and relevant standards.The candidate should be comfortable travelling between multiple project sites across Dubai and should have strong communication, coordination, and technical skills. Regular site visits, inspections, and client coordination will be the key responsibility of this position.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.Several years of relevant experience in construction, waterproofing, concrete restoration, refurbishment, or maintenance projects.Strong experience in conducting site visits, site inspections, measurements, and technical assessments.Ability to understand client requirements and provide appropriate technical observations and recommendations.Good knowledge of construction methods, waterproofing systems, concrete repair, and restoration works.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents.Strong communication and coordination skills for dealing with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.Ability to prepare clear site visit reports and maintain proper documentation.Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant engineering/project management software.Familiarity with UAE construction standards, regulations, and HSE requirements.Ability and willingness to travel regularly between multiple project sites in Dubai.UAE driving license is preferred.Ability to work independently, manage multiple site visits, and respond effectively in a fast-paced project environment.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
