Strong quality standards and strict procedures support its commitment to putting customers first.Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in Fujairah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. Engineers, technicians, and machine operators will operate and monitor production machinery used in the manufacturing of cigarette filter rods, ensuring equipment runs safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards. Daily responsibilities include setting up machines, performing basic maintenance and adjustments, checking materials, and conducting routine inspections to identify and resolve operational issues. The role involves following strict procedures, documenting production activities, and coordinating with supervisors and colleagues to meet output targets and delivery schedules. Team members are expected to support continuous improvement initiatives, contribute to equipment and process optimization, and uphold workplace safety and regulatory compliance.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in operating, monitoring, and adjusting industrial or high-speed production machinery.Candidates should possess skills in basic mechanical or electrical troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and equipment safety practices.Candidates should possess skills in quality control, visual inspection, and adherence to standardized operating procedures.Candidates should possess skills in production reporting, record keeping, and communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.Relevant technical diploma or vocational training in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in factory, manufacturing, or process-industry environments is beneficial.Ability to work in shifts, stand for extended periods, and follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines.Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
